Branch Manager Muara Enim (South Sumatra)

Job Description:
1. Responsible to monitoring and controlling activities in the branch, including sales, operation, finance, and administration activities
2. Review and analyze all activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine branch progress toward stated goals and objectives
3. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
4. Monitoring and evaluating the achievement of sales targets
5. Responsible for the performance of subordinates to achieve the target
6. Maintain an excellent relationship with existing and potential customers
7. To oversee, implement and monitor team sales activities according to the assigned accounts and market coverage
8. Cover of all areas of Sumatra

Qualifications:
1. Willing to be placed in Muara Enim – South Sumatra
2. Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in any discipline from reputable university
3. Minimum 5-10 years of working experience in similar position
4. Good knowledge of Sales & Marketing Process
5. Established network of customers and business relationship
6. Strong leadership, persuasive and negotiation skills
7. Strong business acumen and demonstrate sales growth
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Able to join as soon as possible
